SOUTH BEND – The State Ballet Theatre of Russia will present “Swan Lake” at 3 p.m. (EST) Sunday, Jan. 22 at the Morris Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $15 to $55 and are available by call (800) 537-6415.
The State Ballet Theatre of Russia is the touring company of the Voronezh State Opera and Ballet Theater, which dates to the 16th Century and was re-founded in 1961. Its 65 dancers have toured around the world; it last toured the United States in 2006.
The director is Igor Nepomnyashchy and the artistic director of Lydmila Sycheva.
