SOUTH BEND – The fifth annual Facilities Maintenance & Building Expo will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (EST) Wednesday, May 9, at the Century Center in South Bend. Admission is free with a business card.

More than 400 facility managers, building owners and managers, business owners, facility engineers, maintenance managers and maintenance workers are registered for the event.

Among the 60 exhibitors are high-efficiency lighting products, building controls, HVAC products, tools, flooring products and coatings, asphalt paving and sealing services, commercial landscaping services, commercial roofing products, janitorial services and supplies, and other products.
