Indianapolis- Heartland Truly Moving Pictures is now accepting high school film entries for the upcoming 2011 film festival. The competition is open to all high school students nationally. Film submissions will have similar judging criteria as those submitting to the Heartland Film Festival based on technical merit, artistic excellance and representing the positive values of life.
