MISHAWAKA – IronWorks, a 17,000-square-foot office building erected in 2008 in Mishawaka now has its first tenant. The accounting firm H.J. Umbaugh and Associates has signed a least for the entire third floor in the building.
H.J. Umbaugh will move its 15 employees in Plymouth to the space, which has 4,790 square feet. The move is expected to be completed by early November.
The accounting firm was founded in 1950.
