HAMMOND – The Indiana Foreclosure Prevention Network and the Indiana National Guard are partnering to host a series of programs around the state where home owners can speak with a counselor in order to work with lenders on their home mortgages.
The workshops are free and will be held from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 1 at eight locations in Indiana.
In Northwest Indiana, the locations are the National Guard armories in Hammond at 2530 E. 173rd St., and in South Bend at 1901 S. Kemble Ave.
