HAMMOND – The Indiana Welcome Center is featuring the City of Whiting’s past and future with an exhibit that will be on display through May 3.
It showcases the five “hearts” of Whiting – the lakefront, small businesses, neighbors, industry and events. A VIP reception will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. tonight in the W.F. Wellman Exhibit Hall.
