CROWN POINT – Lake Superior Court Judge John Pera has issued a foreclosure order for $3.66 million against White Hawk Country Club. The golf course and clubhouse is scheduled for a sheriff’s sale on Oct. 7.

Owner Paul Switzer said he is trying to work out a new financial package with First Midwest Bank. The foreclosure came about because of an unresolved financial dispute between Switzer and First Financial Bank, which is the first lien holder on the property, which also includes a high-end residential housing development.
