WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Small Business Administration will hold a series of webinars to help businesses prepare for emergencies.
Over the summer, millions of businesses were forced to close their doors in the aftermath of power outages, wildfires and flooding. Even if the closing is temporary, the result is lost productivity and profits.
The September webinars are presented in collaboration with FEMA’s Ready Campaign as part of National Preparedness Month. All webinars will be at 2 p.m. (EST) each Wednesday in September.
Sept. 12 – Protecting Your Organization by Preparing Your Employees.
Sept. 19 – Utilization of Social Media During a Crisis.
Sept. 26 – Surviving a Crisis, Large or Small: Real Life Lessons Learned.
