SOUTH BEND – Five properties managed by Real Estate Management Corp. have received perfect scores from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Of 600 properties in Indiana assessed by HUD, only seven received perfect scores.
“As evidenced by the few properties that received a perfect REAC score, they are difficult to come by,” said Brad Toothaker, president and CEO. “The fact that REMC properties received five of the seven is a true testament to the effective management practices maintained by the highly-skilled, professional team members we have at each of those properties and their commitments to making sure our residents continue to have the highest standard of living.”
