KNOX – Reagent Chemical and Research Inc. will invest $1 million to expand its rail car plant in Starke County.
The Starke County Development Foundation said the project will expand the 10,600-square-foot plant by adding a maintenance area for over-the-road trucks and rail cars. Completion is planned for early 2012.
