PORTAGE – Konecranes of Springfield, Ohio, a global leader in manufacturing and services overhead cranes and lifting equipment, has acquired Ameratronic Industries Inc. of Portage.
Ameratronic has been in business for 17 years. The company has five employees and will work from the Konecranes office in Crown Point.
