Hobart hospital recognized by nurses

            HOBART – St. Mary Medical Center has been selected by Chicagoland nurses as a top hospital in the fourth annual Reader’s Choice survey by Advance for Nurses newsmagazine. This is the third straight year St. Mary has been chosen.

            Voting was open to registered nurses who ranked at selected hospital in quality of care, organizational culture, professional development, communication and retention efforts.

            “We express our deepest appreciation and sincere gratitude to all of our nurses who make significant contributions on a daily basis that impact the lives of the patients and families we serves,” said Tammie Jones, chief nursing officer/vice president of patient care at St. Mary Medical Center.
