HAMMOND – Purdue University Calumet has announced that four of its professors have received the university’s Outstanding Faculty Awards for 2010-11.
Harvey Abramowitz received the Outstanding Teacher Award. He has been on the faculty for 24 years.
Bin Chen received the Outstanding Scholar Award. He has been a part of the faculty as a biomedical imaging researcher for four years.
Bipin Pai received the Outstanding Service Award. He has been a member of the faculty as a professor of mechanical engineering for 32 years
Thomas Pavkov received the Outstanding Sponsored Research Award. He has been with the faculty as a professor of psychology for eight years.
