SOUTH BEND – F Cubed, a start-up company based in Innovation Park on the campus of the University of Notre Dame is moving out of the incubator because of business growth.
The company will soon move into the former St. Joseph High School across from the campus. The company will invest $2.6 million into a laboratory in the former high school.
Currently F Cubed processes a dozen DNA biochips daily, but once the move is completed, production will increase to 48 an hour. The company has eight employees, but that could grow to 35 by 2015.
