CROWN POINT – Thomas Ference has been named an Innovator of the Month for March by the Society of Innovators of Northwest Indiana.

Ference is president and CEO of Human Resource Mining and Distribution, a consulting business that collects innovative ideas from HR professionals from around the world to help companies identify weaknesses and unmet needs.

He created an online industry-first HR catalog with a list of more than 100 ideas for HR professionals.

“I have found new space in an otherwise mature model involving the HR field to distribute services,” said Ference.
