WEST LAFAYETTE – LoadOut Technologies LLC, which develops patent-pending video and data technology, is now affiliated with the Purdue Research Park.
LoadOut was founded by Purdue alumnus Neil Mylet, who is CEO. He said the technology improves safety during processes like operating conveyor belts, loading grain trucks and feeding livestock because it allows the user to observe the operation from a safe distance.
“Clients can use the technology to monitor and control these processes on their mobile devices in a safe environment away from dust and other hazards,” said Mylet.
While the technology is used primarily in agriculture for now, Mylet said he hopes to expand its use into other area including coal mining, shipping and packaging.
