MUNSTER – A $60 million renovation of the 72-acre Lake Business Center has begun. Developer Mitch Simborg said the project includes 100,000 square feet of office space and 900,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse and distribution space.
A hotel and restaurants are planned for the site, along with medical service offices.
The development in Munster is bordered by Calumet Avenue, Fran-Lin Parkway, Hampton Inn and the Pepsi bottling plant.
