Purdue University Northwest announces administrative appointments

Purdue University Northwest recently named Yohlunda Mosley vice chancellor of enrollment management and student affairs and Catalina Rodriguez interim assistant vice chancellor for educational opportunity programs.

Mosley’s appointment is effective June 1. She most recently worked at Portland State University in Oregon as assistant vice president of enrollment management.

Mosley previously served in leadership roles in admissions, community relations and multicultural outreach at Indiana University Purdue University-Indianapolis; the University of Nebraska-Lincoln; and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Mosley earned a master’s degree in higher education administration and a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication from the University of Iowa.

Rodriguez has a bachelor’s degree in communication studies and criminal justice from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in education and instructional leadership from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Catalina has been with PNW as director of TRIO Student Support Services since 2013. In 2020, she was awarded the LaVerta L. Terry Outstanding Service Award for her contributions as a professional to TRIO programs.
