Hungry Hound Boutique and Grooming is taking its services on the road.
The pet supplies and grooming services shop, launched by Shelley Becker in 2005 with locations at 8323 Wicker Ave. in St. John and 5151 E. 81st Ave. in Merrillville, now offers mobile grooming services.
“There’s something for everyone here,” Becker says. “Relax in the comfort of your own home while we take care of your dog’s hygiene and well-being.”
The Hungry Hound’s white mobile grooming van features the business’ logo. The mobile service is available to clients within 10 miles of the St. John store.
“We will be adding more locations,” Becker said.
She said providing the mobile service gives clients flexibility. Offerings via mobile service include, dog washing, drying, haircuts, and nail trims.
