VALPARAISO – Smalls Landscaping of Valparaiso has been named 2013 Landscaper of the Year by New Holland Construction and Total Landscape Care magazine.
The cover of the January issues of Total Landscape Care will feature the owners of Smalls Landscaping, Nancy Marshall and Becky Whitacre.
To be considered for the honor, landscapers must exemplify high professional standards, business acumen, quality and aesthetic excellence, marketing and equipment management expertise and attention to safety and community involvement.
