SOUTH BEND – Stephen Swihart of Gibson, an insurance brokerage firm, was promoted to client manager.
Swihart is responsible for working with the client executive to determine overall risk management program goals and developing strategies to achieve those goals. He also will manage the insurance renewal process and coordinate service requests between team members and underwriters to communicate insurance program needs.
Swihart started his career at Gibson as an account manager in 2015.
Gibson is a regional insurance broker, risk management services firm, and HR platform provider with offices in South Bend, Plymouth, Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and Elkhart and Kalamazoo, Mich.
