LONG BEACH – The 2 BigHearts Foundation and the LaPorte Hospital Foundation will hold the seventh annual 5K Run/Non-Competitive Walk on Saturday, May 28, at the Long Beach Community Center, 2501 Oriole Trail.
Proceeds benefit the 2 BigHearts Foundation which is devoted to increasing awareness of heart disease in women. Registration before May 28 is $25 and includes a T-shirt; $20 is registered before May 28 without a T-shirt; $30 is registered after May 28 and includes a T-shirt; and $25 is registered after May 28, not including a T-shirt.

2 BigHearts Foundation was created by Jim Clarke, whose wife, Gigi, 44, and sister-in-law, Sally Czechanski, 49, died on the same day, Jun 25, 2004, of heart attacks.
