SpartanNash of Michigan buying South Bend-based grocery chain Martin’s Super Markets Inc.
Michigan-based SpartanNash Co. announced Nov. 20 it will acquire South Bend-based grocer Martin’s Super Markets Inc., a family-owned and operated independent supermarket chain.
