HIGHLAND – Milan Kesic, president of Staff Source in Hammond, said his company is hosting Miles for Melanoma, a 5K run/walk at 8 a.m. Sunday, June 2, at Wicker Park.
Kesic said the event is something he strongly supports because he is a melanoma survivor.
Kesic said the goal is to raise awareness and donations for research at the Mayo Clinic, where efforts are underway to find a cure for not just Melanoma, but also all cancer in general.
