VALPARAISO – In an effort to connect Valparaiso University students with area businesses, a Speed Networking Event will be held on the campus from 12:30 to 4 p.m. Friday, April 8.
Organizer Holly Simpson, assistant director of Harre Union, said the event will give students the opportunity to hone their networking and job search skills while potential employers can get a look at future graduates and potential employees.
Speed Networking allows participants to connect with fresh talent, boost student confidence, watch for potential matches for businesses and stay connected to the Valparaiso University Career Center.
