CROWN POINT – Franciscan Ministries is pleased to announce Pete Bolt as the new Executive Director for St. Anthony Village. Bolt has more than 25 years in senior health care operations and has an extensive background in leading organizational personnel and processes in the delivery of quality care.
“I am very excited to be working in the Crown Point market place and will be bringing my experience and knowledge of the industry to St. Anthony Village – a cornerstone for care in this community for nearly 80 years,” Bolt said.
Bolt hopes to enhance partnerships with residents, families, and the Crown Point community and referral sources. Much of his experience and success has been built around productive partnerships and collaborations.
Most recently, Bolt has served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Heritage Enterprises, Inc., in Bloomington, IL. In this capacity, he was very successful in implementing innovative education processes in customer service, ACO agreements and collaborated with local hospitals and physicians to improve patient care.
Bolt has a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Service Management from the University of Missouri and a Master’s Degree in Economics from Western Illinois University.
