WESTVILLE and HAMMOND – Employers looking to recruit prospective interns or employees are invited to the Purdue University Northwest (PNW) Spring Career Expo Friday, Feb. 16, 2018.
The event will take place from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the Great Hall located in the James B. Dworkin Student Services and Activities Complex. The complex is located on the Westville Campus, 1401 South US 421.
“This is Purdue Northwest’s second largest annual recruiting event,” said Natalie Connors, director of the career center. “It is a great opportunity to meet with many of the talented students, alumni, and community members in one easy location.”
Employer Registration
The Career Expo expects attendance of more than 250 job candidates. Admission is free to individuals looking for full-time and part-time employment opportunities, as well as internships.
Limited spaces are available for businesses. Registration is open until Friday, Feb. 2 and may be completed at www.pnw.edu/career-center/careerexpoemployer.
Job-seekers looking to attend
PNW alumni and students are encouraged to attend and pre-register for VIP entry to the event by logging onto their Handshake account at www.HirePNWPride.com. PNW students should bring their university ID. Business professional attire is recommended. Individuals also should bring multiple copies of their resume.
