MUNSTER – Franciscan Physicians Hospital in Munster has changed its name to Franciscan Healthcare-Munster.
“The new name is more reflective of the high quality, broader-scope medical center it represents today and will into the future, while serving Munster and the surrounding communities,” said Barb Green, hospital president.
She said the Franciscan name is the company’s anchor and the new name for the hospital reflects the company’s emphasis on its comprehensive array of medical services.
